CarbonX was invited to join this trade mission, intended to strengthen the relation between the Dutch battery & automotive industry and the State of Michigan and specifically, Detroit, USA.
And what a week it was! Motor (or rather, Mobility) City Detroit did not disappoint. The battery mission was organised by the Consulate General of the Netherlands in Chicago. The introductions to regional authorities help to shape our localisation strategy and visits like with the Ford Motor Company to the famous Rouge factory were truly inspiring . The Battery Show was a forest of relevant companies and we will definitely come again.
